Wonder Woman 1984

Hi friends! I just watched Wonder Woman 1984 in theaters! And I have to say, despite the bad reviews, this movie was pretty good. It is a bit complicated and confusing though. But it was really fun that D.C. captured this movie in the 80s.

In this film Diana Prince A.K.A. Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) is an archaeologist working at the Smithsonian museum in Washington D.C. That’s when she and her coworker Barbara (Kristen Wiig) find a strange crystal saying it’ll grant your every wish. Diana and Barbara tell each other it’s not actually going to do that. But late at night Barbara comes back to her office and (as if to test it out) wishes to be Diana. (She had no idea what she was in for.) She fell asleep in her office and wakes up late the next morning. She walks out of her office and is introduced to a man named Max Lord (Pedro Pascal), a famous commercial actor. They chat all day. Later, at a party Diana meets a man she’s never seen before that somehow knows her name. She soon realizes that the man is Steve Trevor (Chris Pine), her old boyfriend from many years ago. Except he’s in another body. That’s why Diana didn’t recognize him before he told her it was him. Meanwhile Max Lord becomes Barbara’s new love interest. Barbara willingly gives the crystal to him. After the party Max goes to his own office and wishes to become the crystal. He starts to go around granting wishes. As this is happening, Barbara is becoming popular, and cool, and is developing powers just like Diana’s. This all was kind of a mash-up of confusion, but it was still entertaining. When Diana figures out what Max has done she knows she has to stop him. He is causing chaos and mass destruction. Barbara soon becomes powerful enough to become the Cheetah. She attempts to end Wonder Woman, and fails. Wonder Woman reaches the location where Max is. Watch the movie to find out the ending. Wonder Woman was taken off of HBO max so unfortunately you can’t see it there, but you can watch it in theaters! Check online for viewing times.

Thank you for reading, and I hope you return! Have a wonderful day!🤗
